On October 21, 2023, the 21th Vietnamplas International Plastic& Rubber Industry Exhibition was successfully concluded in Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center. In October, 2023, Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. completed the commissioning of a PE pipe extrusion line. The diameter of the tested pipe is 250 mm, and the pipe is of three layers in ABA structure. The production line is equipped with two SJ-60/36 single screw extruders of high efficiency to reach higher output and it also equipped a SJ-25/25 color line co-extruder. The extrusion line is equipped with a Siemens PLC with HMI touchscreen for easy operation. During the commissioning, the whole line ran smoothly and the quality of the output was stable. On August 11, 2023, Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. completed the commissioning of a PVC pipe extrusion line. The test PVC pipe diameter is 110mm, wall thickness is 3.7mm. the line is equipped with SJZ-65/132 conical twin screw extruder, 6m vacuum calibration tank, hauler and cutting machine. In addition, there is also a laser printer and a belling machine. During the commissioning, the whole production line operated smoothly, the quality of the extruded pipe was stable.
