In April, 2025, Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. completed the commissioning of a double outlet PE pipe extrusion line, which has the advantages of high productivity and high efficiency.

The PE pipe production line is equipped with a SJ-60/38 single screw PE pipe extruder of high efficiency to reach high output. It also equipped a SJ-25/25 color line co-extruder. The extruder is equipped with a Siemens PLC with HMI touchscreen for easy operation. During the commissioning, all the machine on the line rans smoothly and the quality of the pipes was pretty good.
