The test pipe is a single-layer PE pipe with a diameter of 250mm and a wall thickness of 11.9mm. The test production line is equipped with a SJ-60/38 extruder, fitted with a German FLENDER high-torque gearbox and a Siemens PLC with 12-inch HMI touch screen for easy operation. The production line is also equipped with a SJ-25/25 co-extruder and an 8m vacuum calibration tank, two 6m spray tanks, as well as a four-claw hauler, and a dust-free cutter. During the commissioning, the HDPE pipe machine runs at a speed of 0.6m/min after speeding up, and the output reaches 278 kg/h. On March 6,2023, Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. completed the commissioning of 20-110mm HDPE pipe ABA three-layer co-extrusion production line. The test pipe is a PE ABA three-layer pipe with a diameter of 20mm and a wall thickness of 2.0mm. The production line is equipped with SJ 60/36 and SJ50/33 two extruders, the extruder is equipped with a screen changer produced by JC-times as well as Siemens PLC with 12-inch HMI touch screen, which is convenient to operate.
