Conical twin screw extruder

110-315mm HDPE pipe extrusion line is a middle size production line, the machine equipped with high efficiency screw extruder, which use 38:1 of screw L/D ratio, can reach high output with low energy consumption.

PVC multi layers co-extrusion pipe production line machine is used to produce three layers or four layers PVC pipe. Main extruder adopts two or three sets conical twin screw extruder, different capacity extruder for option.

This machine is designed by using PUR adhesive to laminate veneers, pvc film, melamine paper, painting paper onto panel made from aluminum, medium density fiber board(MDF),PVC,Acrylic and so on.

800-1600mm HDPE pipe extrusion line is a large size pipe production line.High capacity extruder with stable die and downstream, together with Gravimetric system and Siemens PLC, the pipe production efficiency is super high. 20-110mm PE PPR pipe extrusion line is WONPLUS advantage machinery, the high speed line can reach 25-30m/min, help customer to get a high output production line with lower energy consumption. According to different required, the line can make multi layer pipe of PPR or HDPE, the structure could be AB, ABA, ABC etc.

Equipped with relevant mould, the automatic belling machine could bell the plastic pipe into U type and R type automatically.
