Conical twin screw extruder

20-63mm PE PPR pipe extrusion line is a small size production line, normally equipped with pipe coil winder, widely used to irrigation and drinking water supply. According to customer’s required, can make multilayers pipe, the structure could be AB, ABA, ABC and so on.

It can be aging resistance, static electricity resistance.The product made by this machine group can also be used in making building template, toy building blocks use the board, tray package box, sleeper, outdoor floor, ,garden chair and other outdoor facilities, indicating plate, circulating box, roof beam and others.

110-315mm HDPE pipe extrusion line is a middle size production line, the machine equipped with high efficiency screw extruder, which use 38:1 of screw L/D ratio, can reach high output with low energy consumption.
