On March 6,2023, Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. completed the commissioning of 20-110mm HDPE pipe ABA three-layer co-extrusion production line. The test pipe is a PE ABA three-layer pipe with a diameter of 20mm and a wall thickness of 2.0mm. The production line is equipped with SJ 60/36 and SJ50/33 two extruders, the extruder is equipped with a screen changer produced by JC-times as well as Siemens PLC with 12-inch HMI touch screen, which is convenient to operate. The extrusion line is also equipped with a 6m long vacuum calibration tank and spray tank, two-claw hauler, dust-free cutter, and a 20-110mm three-station winder further improves production efficiency. During the commissioning, the HDPE pipe machine runs smoothly and the output product quality is stable. This production line improves production efficiency while ensuring the high quality of the output products. This machine is a HDPE pipe extrusion line independently developed by Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd., which has the advantages of high output, efficiency and energy saving.
