On February, Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. completed the commissioning of several different lines of PVC foam profile extrusion line, which are used to producing PVC foam profiles of different application.

All the PVC foam profile extrusion lines were equipped with conical twin screw extruders of high quality and high efficiency.  Different moulds are used for extruding different shapes of profiles. As for the downstream, there were calibration table, hauler cutter and stacker. During the extruding procession, all the machine on the extrusion lines rans well, the extruded foam profiles are of good shape and high quality, with smooth surface as well as good hardness.
