More and more big size pipes are widely used in public project, for water supply&discharge, gas transport, etc.

This machine is designed by using PUR adhesive to laminate veneers, pvc film, melamine paper, painting paper onto panel made from aluminum, medium density fiber board(MDF),PVC,Acrylic and so on.

PVC multi layers co-extrusion pipe production line machine is used to produce three layers or four layers PVC pipe. Main extruder adopts two or three sets conical twin screw extruder, different capacity extruder for option.

PVC/WPC foamed skinning board has such characteristics as sound proof, sound absorb, heat proof, temperature preservation. It can be aging resistance, static electricity resistance.The product made by this machine group can also be used in making building template, toy building blocks use the board, tray package box, sleeper, outdoor floor, ,garden chair and other outdoor facilities, indicating plate, circulating box, roof beam and others.
