On February, 2025, Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. completed the commissioning of a 160mm PVC pipe extrusion line.

The line is equipped with 75/36 parallel twin screw extruder with Taiwan SUN LUNG gearbox, vacuum calibration tank, hauler, cutter and a belling machine. Extruded PVC pipes are of high quality and of good shape after flaring. During the commissioning, the whole PVC tube production line operated smoothly, the quality of the extruded pipe was good. The production line ensured the high quality of the output products while improving the production efficiency.
