PVC/WPC panel extrusion line

single screw extruder machine is specially designed for extruding plastic material such as : PE, PP, PPR PERT, etc. It is using different kind of mould and auxiliary machine, can produce different kinds of PE/PPR pipe, profile, panel.

The shredder adopts advanced European technology, mainly used for shredding and recycling of all kinds of thick wall waste materials. It can effectively shred and crush large materials (large plastic pipe fittings, large diameter thick wall PE pipes, PE machine head materials, etc.), and is suitable for shredding and crushing pipes, board, profiles and other plastic products.

PVC profiles such as window & door profiles, PVC window sills, etc.; WPC profiles such as decking, door panels, kitchen, etc. According to customer’s requirements, most suitable screws can be made so as to make best plasticity state and material quality. High plasticity state, low power consumption, high cost performance.

Equipped with relevant mould, the automatic belling machine could bell the plastic pipe into U type and R type automatically.

PP,PE granulation production line for different shapes of materials, different feeding methods, different properties of materials, design the corresponding screw structure.

PVC multi layers co-extrusion pipe production line machine is used to produce three layers or four layers PVC pipe. Main extruder adopts two or three sets conical twin screw extruder, different capacity extruder for option.

Mainly suitable for crushing PVC profile and pipes. such as: plastic doors and windows, plastic pipes, plates, etc., without cutting segments, can be one-time continuous feeding.

Pipe laser printer is widely used to print the label on plastic pipes,profile or panels, which is working together with extrusion line.
