June 2023, Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. shipped series of production lines to Indonesia. The production lines are PVC hollow roof line, PVC Solid Roof Sheet Extrusion Line and PVC Ceiling Panel Extrusion Line.

The PVC hollow production line is equipped with SJZ-80/156 extruder, and the PVC Solid Roof Sheet Extrusion Line was equipped with an SJZ-80/156 extruder with a mould produced by JCtimes, the thickness of the product was 1.8-2.0mm, and the sheet output was stable during operation. The PVC ceiling panel size is 200*8mm and the thickness is 0.4mm. The line is equipped with SJZ-55/110 extruder and the output is stable throughout the commissioning. The production line adopts hot stamping technology, the extruded PVC panel surface is flat and the pattern is prefect.

All three lines use PVC plastic extruders self-developed by Wonplus, which have the advantages of high output and good efficiency, ensuring high product quality while improving production efficiency.
