In June 23, 2025 Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. completed the commissioning of a 250mm PVC pipe extrusion line, which has the advantages of high productivity and high efficiency.

The PVC pipe production line is equipped with a set of conical twin screw extruder of high efficiency to reach high output. The extruder is equipped with a Siemens PLC with HMI touchscreen for easy operation. The line also includes vacuum calibration tank, hauler and a cutter for chamfering. During the commissioning, the whole PVC extrusion line rans well, the extruded pipe was also of good quality.
