Firstly, PVC material is melted and processed through the Conical/Parallel Twin Screw Extruder and forced through a die to obtain the desired shape and thickness.

After extrusion, the PVC sheets are cooled rapidly through the vacuum calibration table to ensure proper solidification and dimensional stability. Once cooled, the sheets will pass through a hauler and achieve the cutter to be cut to the required lengths.
