On 12 May 2023, Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. completed a commissioning of a PVC Ceiling Panel Extrusion Line. The test PVC panel size is 200*8mm and the thickness is 0.4mm. The line is equipped with SJZ-55/110 conical twin screw extruder and the output is stable throughout the commissioning. The PVC panel production line adopts hot stamping technology, the extruded PVC panel surface is flat and the pattern is complete.

It is lightweight, easy to install, water and moisture resistant, moth proof, and has a wide range of surface patterns, and is pollution resistant, easy to clean, and has good sound and heat insulation. The addition of flame-retardant materials in the production makes it safer to use as it is extinguishable from fire.
