WPC panel means wood-plastic panel. WPC panel extrusion line is mainly used for the production of WPC panel, such as door panels, cabinet panels, etc. The production line includes conical/parallel twin screw extruder, panel extrusion mould, vacuum calibration table, hauler, cutter and stacker.

The line can be equipped with suitable screws according to the customer's formulation requirements to achieve the best plasticizing capacity, which is characterized by uniform plasticization, high efficiency and energy saving, stable extrusion volume, etc.

WPC panel extrusion processes are generally following the similar steps of following typical extrusion operations:

 Feeding of WPC granules into the conical twin screw extruder/ parallel twin screw extruder

 Melting and heating in extruder zones

 Extruding through a mould to shape into the panel

 Cooling of the shaped panel

 Cutting the WPC Panel to the desired length
