1、 Extruder

If replacing new raw material, please make sure the current of the main machine reaches 60%-70% of the rated current, so that the raw material can be fully plasticized. During the process, please use the vacuum pump reasonably, the host current reaches 60% or more you can use the vacuum pump. You can observe the plasticizing condition of the material through the vacuum hole of the barrel, the material must be lumpy, then the vacuum pump can be used.

2、Vacuum Calibration tank

The main concern about the vacuum tank is the waterway. The water inlet end of the vacuum tank has a strainer that needs to be cleaned periodically. The water pump loop has a filtering device, so please use the filter to keep the water clean and thus minimize nozzle clogging. Please clean the water pump loop daily.

3、Hauler

The feeding end of the hauler and cutter machine has guide pillars and linear guides. It is important to maintain good lubrication of the slider and avoid water ingress as much as possible to prevent rusting of the slider. The track chain of the tractor should not be too tight or too loose.

4、Cutter

Please pay attention to the direction of the saw blade installation. The direction of the saw teeth should be consistent with the direction of the motor rotation. When cutting pipes with different wall thicknesses, you should adjust the relative lifting speed and cutting time, if the lifting speed is too fast, the saw blade will be easily jammed, which will cause the motor to overload and trip.
