On January, 2025 Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. completed the commissioning of a PVC pipe extrusion line. We tested 2 different diameters of the pipes, one line for 20mm PVC pipe extrusion, another for 110mm PVC pipe production line.

The line is equipped with conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, hauler, cutter and stacker. During the commissioning, the whole production line operated smoothly, the quality of the extruded pipe was good. The PVC conduit production line ensured the high quality of the output products while improving the production efficiency.
