On January 26, Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully completed the commissioning of a PVC hollow roof extrusion line. The test run demonstrated stable performance and smooth operation of the extrusion line.

The PVC roof production line is equipped with an SJZ-80/156 conical twin-screw extruder, along with a PVC hollow roof mould, vacuum calibration table, haul-off unit, and cutter. During the test run, the line maintained consistent output, and the produced hollow roof profiles exhibited excellent dimensional stability and uniform surface quality.
