On April 12, 2023, Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. completed the commissioning of a PVC square pipe extrusion line.

The diameter of the tested PVC square pipe is 25.3mm and the wall thickness is 1.8mm. The test production line is equipped with an SJZ-65/132 extruder with GF63-2 double-outlet auxiliary machine and the pipe output is stable.

The PVC pipe extruder in this test is independently developed by Wonplus, which has the advantages of high output and good efficiency. The running speed of the production line can reach 6m/min after speeding up, and the output can reach 183kg/h. The line equipment can also be used to produce conduit after replacing the corresponding moulds, and the running speed can reach 20m/min correspondingly.

During the commissioning, the whole production line was running smoothly and the quality of the output pipe was stable, which improved the production efficiency while ensuring the high quality of the products.
