On December 27, 2023, Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. completed the commissioning of a 32-200mm PPH ABA three-layer pipe co-extrusion production line. The diameter of the tested pipe is 160 mm and the thickness is 4.9mm. The PPH pipe production line is equipped with SJ-90/33 single screw extruder together with a SJ-65/33 single screw extruder, both of the extruders are equipped with Siemens PLC with HMI touch screen for convenient operation. The production line is equipped with a screen changer, a color line co-extruder, as well as vacuum calibration tank and spray tank, hauler, and dust-free cutter for beveling.

During the commissioning, the overall equipment runs smoothly and the output product quality is stable. This production line improves production efficiency while ensuring the high quality of the output products.
