On January, 2025 Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. completed the commissioning of a PVC pipe extrusion line. We tested 2 different diameters of the pipes, one line for 20mm PVC pipe extrusion, another for 110mm PVC pipe production line. The line is equipped with conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, hauler, cutter and stacker. During the commissioning, the whole production line operated smoothly, the quality of the extruded pipe was good.
