Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. completed the commissioning of a HDPE ABA three-layer pipe co-extrusion production line. The diameter of the tested 75mm and the thickness is 1.9mm. The production line is equipped with SJ-60/36 and SJ-50/33 two extruders, the PE pipe extruder is equipped with a screen changer as well as Siemens PLC with HMI touch screen, which is convenient to operate. The extrusion line is also equipped with a 6m long vacuum calibration tank and spray tank, laser printer, two-claw hauler, and dust-free cutter.

During the commissioning, the overall PE pipe equipment runs smoothly and the output product quality is stable. This production line improves production efficiency while ensuring the high quality of the output products.
