2023 Chinaplas Exhibition is going to open in Shenzhen, China, and Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. will exhibit two extruders on that exhibition, one is SJZ-65/132 conical twin screw extruder and the other is SJ-60/38 single screw extruder.

Both extruders are designed for high output and energy saving. The SJZ-65/132 conical twin-screw extruder has a drive motor power of 55Kw and the maximum actual output can reach 450-500kg/h. The SJ-60/38 single-screw extruder has a drive motor power of 110kw and the maximum actual output can reach 400-450kg/h. In addition, both machines have advanced electrical and mechanical design and precise machining and assembly.

Both machines adopt the Internet of Things (IoT) to monitor the operation of the machines in real time, support remote control, and have the intelligent energy-saving system and safety protection system independently developed by Oneplus.

The two extruders that will be exhibited at the show are the company's self-developed products with high output, good efficiency, and obvious advantages.
