2024 March, Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. completed the commissioning of a PVC wall panel extrusion line. The test PVC profile production line is equipped with SJZ-65/132 conical twin screw extruder together with YF300 downstream, which includes vacuum calibration table, hauler& cutter, and stacker with robotic suction cups. During the commissioning, all the parts on the line rans well. With the line speed up, the traction speed can reach 2.8m/min. And the extruded wall panel was also in good performance.
