In April 2024, Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. completed the commissioning of a 63-315mm PE pipe extrusion line. The diameter of the tested pipe is 200 mm. The PE pipe production line is equipped with an SJ-75/36 single screw extruder of high efficiency and a color line co-extruder. The single extruder is equipped with a Siemens PLC with HMI touchscreen for easy operation.

During the commissioning, the whole line ran smoothly and the quality of the extruded PE pipe was stable. The production efficiency of the production line is also high.
